Le Cristóbal Balenciaga Museoa a mis en place un ambitieux programme visant à faire connaître la vie et le travail de Cristóbal Balenciaga, son importance dans l'histoire de la mode et du design et la contemporanéité de son legs. D’autres activités viennent également compléter le programme : des stages, des conférences ou des ateliers pédagogiques, destinés à un public varié et à approfondir la vision du couturier.

Les Subtilités d’un Dialogue

L’exposition Les Subtilités d’un Dialogue est présentée pour la première fois dans le cadre des Journées du patrimoine au siège de Kering, au 40 rue de Sèvres à Paris. L’exposition voyage désormais dans la ville natale de Monsieur Balenciaga, devenant ainsi la première exposition de la maison qui lui ai consacré au musée.

Online course in Haute Couture Tailoring techniques - Part 1

This is an intermediate level activity, which is part of the course programming of the tailoring itinerary, and which can be carried out either as part of the proposed plan, or as an independent initiative. The programme content proposes an approximation to the specific methods used in the tailoring ateliers of the Balenciaga House and will, specifically, look at how to make certain elements of a check wool jacket.
