This design embodies maximalism, with its vibrant colour palette, diverse textures, and bold proportions taking centre stage. The black balloon coat, orange gloves, and fishnet pants create a striking juxtaposition of fabrics, shapes, and shades that, while seemingly clashing, harmoniously unite to form a richly lavish ensemble. The result is an abstract silhouette paired with intricate details that elevate the overall composition
The balloon coat features a whimsical raindrop polka dot pattern, combining wool at the top with tulle around the hem. Notably, the coat has no side seams; the fabric flows to the armholes, which are lined and embellished with Chinese knot buttons and orange shoelaces. The woollen pants are enhanced with spray paint for a vibrant splash of colour and knotted together using a fishing net technique. The orange charmeuse gloves unify the design's pops of orange.
